Johansson-CLARK is located in downtown Winslow and in the era of consolidation of small local offices we are the last fully independent office on Bainbridge Island. Probably 95% of our business is Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo. Frankly our goal is to stay small and continue to serve the Island in much the same manner as we have for 51 years. We have 10 full time agents and we try to utilize the benefits of modern technology without sacrificing the loss of personal contact. You'll find our office has all the latest real estate technology that you would find in a larger firm.

Johansson-CLARK handles residential and commercial listings and sales, along with Investment Real Estate Brokerage. The Real Estate business is unique in that WHETHER AN OFFICE IS LARGE OR SMALL, we all work from the same inventory or pool of listings. The Multiple Listing service provides the same products to all of us. Where an agent strives to distinguish himself/herself is in his knowledge of local conditions, properties that may be available in the near future but not yet listed, and finally his/her interest and ability to represent his/her clients interests whether they are buying or selling.
